flow question

ok so I am sick of the crappy flow problems. I have a 3o long with an mj 900 and an aquaclear2000. I unpolugged the aquaclear and now there is nothing blowing around like crazy. everything is still getting a little movement, but is this bad to only have one powerhead going?

sigh I think I am gonna try like 2 600s or something. the aqua clear one, you cant aim, so idk im gonna get two maxis and aim them at the center like your supposed to I guess lol.
