flow rate for plate coral

i just got a beautiful plate coral but i am unsure where to place it..wut kind of flow rate is the best for plates?

What type? The long tentacle (Helio fungia) that I have likes good flow, but not direct flow.

it looks more like a plating montipora to me..how do they like it?

I have my short tentacle in about the same flow as the long, but it could probably be in more flow. It's doing fine where it is, so I'll just leave it alone.
