I'm looking at a Koralia 5 and a Koralia 6 for my 120g (48x24x24). It's going to have a Eheim 1262 as the return pump. This would give me ~39x flow. I'm planning on a mixed reef, but mostly SPS. I know the Koralia is not the best pump on the market, but they're priced right. I was hoping to get some assurance that the Koralia's will work ok for my needs and if anyone thought I should go with two 5's or two 6's?

I've got two 4's in my 55 (same lenght as yours) they bring to the tank a LOT of flow, so much so I'm having problems with medium to low flow animals. I've got some fish that only come out when the pumps are off for feeding and will stay out for as long as the pumps are off.

So, what you want should give you plenty of flow, just make sure that is what you want.

i have a 4 and three 3's on my 60" 120 and the flow is great. it is almost too good, i definitely have a hard time with my lps not getting blown away, i also have the 4 on the timer with my lights so it gives them a little brake at night.
