Flow- Tell Me

Ok, I have the 72 bow RR so it's got the black rounded part in the back (not corner. I have the 2 lockline nozzles as you can see in the pic. However, I am adding 2 powerheads for more flow, etc...
However, I have a few questions.

#1- My torch has always gotten a lot of flow on the bottom because the water hits the glass and then comes back. Always out and expanded and seems to like it. Will this mess him up or will it simply adapt?

#2 If this was YOUR tank, where would you position the powerheads and the 2 nozzles. (I can't seem to get something that works so I don't want to keep my hands in the tank too much)

#3 I know I only bought the aqua clear powerheads
one is 400 gph
one is 270 gph
I had the 400 gph one in and it just seems to just blow the hell out of everything.

#4 Once they are placed, do I then move the stuff that needs lower flow and others that need more flow.

#5 I know some of the hammers/frogspawn, etc... say bottom placement but I don't ever seem them on the bottom in LFS display tanks. Is it ok to have them at the top and how do I know what is "moderate" flow with them because as I said, I plugged in these 2 powerheads and it just seems like a lot. Looks probably like the 6000 gph swirling around trottie's 6g Nano

Thanks for everyones help!

1 - He'll adapt. Just don't give him too much flow.
2 - nozzles pointed to the front corners. 2 powerheads blwing directly at each other getting a lot of random flow then.
3 - ok, I don't think that's a question.
4 - yes, move it once you know where your flow will be.
5 - Put em wherever you want. If they look healthy and are healthy then that's a good spot.

1- it will most likly adjust

2- depends on what power head you are getting. i would put them on either side and make them poin at eachother.

4- just keep your yumas out of the flow. the rest it dont matter

5- all my lps are in the middle of the tank on rocks, getting high flow.

you cannot have to much flow! these things come from the ocean.

in my 75 gallon i have : 4 x MJ1200 1x MJ1200 prop mod and 1x mag (900gph) with split return

i find that my flow is OK... i am looking to either get the tunze 6060, or a seio ?

NICE LR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (god man, you posted right as i was out the door!!! and you know i had to respond :D)

Ok. If my nozzles are pointing at each corner and I have a powerhead on each side pointing at each other, shouldn't one be lower than the other? Wouldn't it just be like 2 forces hitting each other. Or, should I point the nozzle lower or lower the powerhead?
