Flow????

Would a tunze nano wavebox be enough flow for a 75 gallon softie tank or do i need to supplement with a powerhead or two?

I have never used a wavebox but would love to get one, however from reading on the tunze forum they still suggest an extra powerhead to get the flow more mixed up, with just the wavebox the ditrus will gust go back and forth and the extra powerhead will help move it to the filters.
