They like the current pretty slow. They should just barely sway in the wind.

Yes, I'd say med/low flow for those corals. My hammer prefers gentle flow. The fox might like a bit less.

You have the correct answer on flow. I agree with Acroporas on the lighting and would only add that it may take time for them to acclimate to strong lighting. Very slowly move them closer to the lights. This may take months to do it without stressing the coral.
