flower anemone

I saw a bright yellow anemone which looked like a carpet at the LFS today and he said it was a flower/rock anemone and didn't like a lot of light. Does anyone have info on these guys. I've only seen beige or green colored flower anemones. would this be a good candidate for a nano reef?
Thanks

Epicystis crucifer can be nasty anemones. I have one hosting a red saddleback in my thirty long. It has eaten two firefish and a royal gramma. IMO I wouldn't put a rock/flower anemone in a nano tank. Fish wouldn't have adequate room to avoid being eaten. Neat critters though and I have seen some very pretty ones. If you are looking for a small hardy anemone for a nano you may want to try miniature carpet anemones (Stichodactyla tapetum). I added one about four months ago and I now have six. They stay small and seem to be relatively harmless in a reef aquarium. Search the selling forum for them. Good luck.

BTW, here is a pic of my rock anemone spawning w/host clown.
