Flukes in the eye?

I am posting this for someone else. Below is a pic of the eye of a Swallowtail angel. I believe those are flukes. Agree/disagree?

Disagree that could be caused by stress. Freshwater dip (ph adjusted) him with formalin if you truly believe he has flukes. If you see things fly off of him then you will know.

It's hard to say from the picture, I see what you mean about suspecting flukes. There are a couple places where there is a raised, transparent oval shapeon the eye. Most flukes I've seen have been more cloudy/opaque. I say do a fw dip and get your answer.
