flushing on an AGA MegaFlow

Any suggestions on stopping the flushing on an AGA MegaFlow 90 gal overflow?

Our drain line has started flushing on us. It's a very short run of about 5 - 6" of tubing - straight down from the overflow box right into the wet/dry. No curves, no loops - just a straight shot down.

On the return line we changed out a shorter piece of braided tubing with a longer piece of clear tubing - could that have made a difference?? They're both 3/4" tubing - but the new one is longer (by about a foot) and not braided. There doesn't appear to be any surging (that we an see) on this return line.

Everything was fine before putting the new tubing on the return line... Could having a longer run there cause the overflow to start flushing??

We put a straw in the hole of the drain standpipe to get more air in there - that helped it a bit, but there is still some flushing going on. Any other suggestions?

keep drilling the hole out bigger till it stops.drill in 1/64 inch incraments.it should level off and stop when you get enough air to it.approx how many gph are you ruuning through the pump?
