Anyone have any ideas on what my timers should be set at?
I play keeping zoas, rics, polys, etc. No SPS.
This is the 6G one, and it's about 8" high.
Unit is positioned ~5" above tank.

I have the new controller w my ai nano and I have it set to come on at 9am and off at 10pm w a 4 hour ramp up. And I have the lunar settings on as well. I have a 12 g Fluval Edge

If you can what are your percentages at?
Have you noticed any salt creep to the nano with your mount?
Do you use a splash guard?
Thanks!

Right now I just put then at 90%. Granted I have 6 more inches of water than you do. They've been at 85 for weeks and no bleaching

I actually cut a small piece of acrylic and it rests on the top ImageUploadedByTapatalk1354584995.807842.jpg

Do you have whites, blue and royal blues all at the same level all day? I know some people go crazy with it and set it up for every hour. You have the Nano hooked up to the hood not laying on the acrylic right?

Yup it's screwed in through the top of the hood and the acrylic just lays on the top. The new controller automatically fluctuates the percentage on ramp up and what not. Usually goes in order from least to greatest; white, blue, and royal blue. I had the first gen controller but I recommend the new one. Much better

Thanks. I set mine up for 30 max at the day time. I have the new controller, it works well. I am going to be mounting my unit just like yours.
