Your NO3 & PO4 numbers are low because the algae is sucking them up and there must be an input of same at a constant rate in order to sustain the growth. Common issue since NO3 and PO4 are not exported efficiently by basic filtration methods. I have found that an ATS to be effective at removing pollutants.
