Fluval spec3

I have one of the new fluval spec 3s and was wondering if I would be able to grow the easiest possible corals like mushrooms or soft corals with just stock equipment. The lights on the new models of the fluval specs are 7000k and around 6 or 7 watts I believe. It seems to be a lot stronger than the old ones. I also want to keep the bioload low so ill probably only have a few hermits then maybe a small shrimp or crab. Would this tank work?

Has anyone ever run a spec reef with all stock equipment?

Personally not a fan of the fluval lighting, but that was on a 12. Personally, I think you could grow some mushrooms though. Would look pretty cool. Maybe add a toadstool leather for like a centerpiece and have mushrooms grow all around it!
