Flying fish...and corals

I was wondering what are the best techniques to take fish/corals with you on a plane...in terms of "carry on" baggage.

I commute between San francisco, CA and San Diego, CA on a weekly basis.
I work for the airlines company and travel for free. Also, I'm not subject to current liquid constrictions because I'm an employee.

My total commute is about 3 hours (door to door). I heard that online retailers use special oxygenated water when shipping overnight.

What can I do to guarantee an safe arrival for my fish?

Thanks for any input.

No need for the 02 tabs for corals. Just insulate the box and make sure the temp doesn't drop or rise too much.

Most fish are shipped in normal water but the bag is inflated with O2. I don't really know of anybody who uses the tabs anymore.

I did check. The TSA is fine with it. Also, I'm an employee and so I get hooked up.

People bring dogs/cats/birds into the main cabin all the time...why not fish/corals that are securely insulated in a bag and in a small box/tupperware?

I will go straight to the aiport from the LFS with fish in hand (bag filled with regular air). The LFS doesn't ship overnnight and therefore they have no O2. But the commute is only about 3 hours. Fish should do fine, right?

Thanks.
