Food for Perculas?

I have had 2 True Perculas for about 3 weeks now, I am starting to think they are under-eating.

I have been switching off between Ocean Nutrition Formula One flakes and pellets, as well as some frozen mysis every now and then. They seem really hungry, because once I drop the food in, they will start swimming fast, and swim up to the food, but then either bite it and spit it back out, or they will just swim away from it.

Any suggestions of different food types to try? The flakes seem to be better than the pellets, because they float around more, giving them more chance to see it.

All of my clowns (( currently have 4 )) get a mix of foods;
LifeLine's herbivore mix (( frozen ))
Rod's food (( 3 different types )) (( frozen ))
PE mysis (( frozen ))
Prime Reef (( frozen ))
Spectrum pellets.
