Food items for the June 24th GIRS Auction/BBQ

The club will supply hamburgers and hotdogs to grill.

We are looking for volunteers to bring a few side dishes, deserts and drinks.

Please post here what you are willing to bring. Whatever we are missing I will supply.

June 24th.

We are going to start the auction PROMPTLY at 1pm. So it would be a good idea to come a little early so you can take a look at some things and get a bidding # too. Please do not come much before noon though as I may still be setting up .

After the auction we will grill burgers and dogs and enjoy the rest of the afternoon.

If someone can bring hamburger buns and a few hotdog buns that would be great. As of right now I am planning on 40 burgers and 30 dogs. I will have more on hand just in case we need more.

So here is what the menu looks like:

Chips - Atram
Soda - Atram
Salad - Atram
Beans- Bullet
Lemonade- Bullet
