Any recomendations for food for Gonipora?

Drtrash,
Get a small amount of water out of the tank, add the stuff to it, turn off all pumps. Use a baster to suck the mix out of the cup and squirt it over the gonio.

That is also the time that the fishes will show up....you may want to drop some food in the opposite end of the tank, to distract the fish.

Will do, is no flow better during feeding than regular or low flow? The goni hasn't opened up very much but it has only been in system for 3 days.

I'm not sure if it's better, but it works for me. It give the corals a chance to grab the food.
After all the pumps have been off for about 10 minutes, I turn on the recirculation.
Another 30 minutes later I restart the filters.

Good idea, I do have a Hydro 2 in the tank and the rest are for filter. Thanks for all the info. Are there alot of target feeders out there or do most just dose whole system?
