We have a neon cleaner goby and he takes down the smaller particles in the Rods food. We have had him for a while and he is very happy. Right now we have a group of baby cardinals that we are working on and for them we got the tiny NLS spectrum pellets which are small enough for them and the goby. Rod's also sells their coral food which is just their regular food minus the bigger chunks so that is an option as well if you don't have anything big enought to eat the bigger chunks.
+1 Even my larger fish go nuts for cyclopeez. I also have seen my neon gobies eat mysis shrimp. Its funny watching them go after it. There is a brand that sells small mysis in a cube packs. I'd suggest trying that over PE if you are interested in it.
