For Sale/trade!

Hi All~
I would like to get rid of my big hermit (slightly smaller than a fist). I'm asking $20 or will trade for frags. He doesn't eat corals, but he is like a bull in a china shop. He would go well in a bigger tank--Predator or reef.

Also have 40+lbs of liverock left. 2.50/lb. Will trade for frags as well. I'm not looking for any frags in particular, all will do!

I would love to add a big hermit to my predator tank, but I'm not sure he would make it with the Porcupine Puffer in there. Last one we had was one of those hairy red legged ones - he got to be about the size of a baseball. Got along fine while the puffer was small. One day we found the shell empty no more hermit.

Would it be wrong to try him in the tank knowing that he may become lunch?

I won't hold it against you...maybe thats wrong too. There's risk of things becoming lunch every time we introduce something new anyway. Its your call!

Hello there, I am looking for a few pieces of live rock, and I can spare some frags, what are you looking for? I have mostly acropora, montipora, and a few LPS's. Is the LR just plain?? No corals/algae growing on it?

the liverock is fairly plain now. I haven't dosed anything and it hasn't been under very good lighting since I closed the tank down. However, it is still very healthy. I transferred some into my reef tank and its already showing puple growth. I'm looking for any types of frags. Let me know...I'm right down the way from you in glen ellyn.

By the way~ I'm half set up with the corals. Still looking for zoos, shrooms, bubble coral....anything will work. I'm set up to visit a few of you tomorrow. I'm off to south bend, go ND!
