for Xenia frags, what's the minimum light?

Been cutting back the Xenia and usually just mount the pieces and hold in the display but space is getting tight.

Have a separate 20g refugium growing different macros with a 28W CSL PC. The PC bulb is old so going to track down some of the Spiral CF (16 or 19W, 5100K) like these and wondering if I set a shelf up high in the 20g, would the bulbs maintain the Xenia frags?

I would say yes.

I have grown them in 6 inches of water with standard fl bulbs, and I have grown them in the bottom of deep tanks with 55 watt PC bulbs

Just do the high shelf like you are talking about.
