I dont usually deal with anemones, but we decided to give one a try. I target feed him with a baster once a day with a little brine shrimp which he loves and he is growing well. I just want to make sure that people with more experience could tell me how he looks to them, and also the name of the tye he is. Thanks! Oh and in the picture he looks washed out a little..hes mostly brown.

It is a BTA, or E. Quadricolor. It should have longer tentacles and be darker in color, but doesn't look too bad. Given bright lighting and good food they usually turn green or red. I would suggest mysis over brine. WAY more nutrition.

I am the idiot savant of RBTA's. I had up to six in my 29 AGA and thinned them out because that's just not healthy. I do not target feed mine. I give them good lighting and I feed the tank once per day with Rods.

Thanks a lot guys. I appreciate the feedback and now that you mention BTA, I belive thats what he is. I was actually about to put new lighting in, so thats covered and I will go get some mysis today so he can have something tasty to eat. Thanks again! Might repost his pic in a few weeks, see if hes looks better :)
