forgot the name of this worm

hey i just found a hitch hiker in my fairly neew tank its a brown worm with white pointie things on his sides i saw him coming out and crawling on the sand then gonig back into the rock the tank just has a damsel and two perculas i was wondering could this be a bad guy and could he harm my fish bc i heard mix things of them eating corals and i also ran into a orange one before and took the rock out and got him out i didnt wanna take any chances
