Some video of my meiacanthus atrodorsalis .

I've not personally seen this before, but am by no means an expert. He is showing atrophy on his anterior ventral portion of body. He continues to feed well. I'm considering doing a freshwater dip with methylene blue for 20 to 30 minutes to try and save him. I wanted to see if you guys had anything to add.

8. Please describe in detail, the appearance of the fish? If there is one or more pimples, are they lumpy? What color?

no noteworthy changes to behavior have been witnessed. active and feeding.

10. Is the fish eating? What?

yes, brine and mysis, soaked in selcon

Some other info, the tank is stocked w/ a skunk stripe cleaner, a pistol tiger shrimp, a randall's goby. They are showing no signs of distress. Pistol tiger molted 3 weeks ago, skunk stripe molted last week.
