Found a Nudi on newly purchased Zoa - Dipped, Will it Spread?

Just bought a zoa and during the dip process I found a nudibranch as well as an egg sack, which I removed.

I don't have a QT tank, but placed the frag a bit away from all my rock formations and coral (4" away in all directions) and plan to dip it again in about 4 days.

If any still exist or juveniles made it, will it spread to my other zoa colonies or is this placement going to restrict that?

I would pull it back out and look all over the frag for nudi eggs. The dip does not kill them but you can scratch them off with a fingernail.
