Hi everyone. I found this on my rock and wasn't sure if it was good or bad. It's really tiny. I used my turkey baster to suck it up and put it in a small container.
Any idea what it is or If I should get rid of it?

You'll need to inspect the zoas for egg sacs as well. Gently scrape them off the zoa stalk and give the zoas a fresh water dip.

better get them out asap...

I usually get up around 4 or 5am to look for them. easier to spot when they are munching down your zoas

Ill do fresh water dip tomorrow. I inspected the rocks and i got 4 of them. I dont think i saw any eggs. Ill probably need to buy a magnify glass and check again.

If possible I would remove the zoas to a quarantine tank for 12 weeks. I went through this with a montipora eating species. The eggs can be laid anywhere in the rock work in the tank so just dipping the zoas may not work. If you remove them you can easily dip them daily or when you see nudibranchs on them and let the population starve out in the display tank. They will not eat anything else.
