Found anemone tentacle in tank

Hello, found a nice size anemone tentacle in tank....is it the clownfish doing this..happens every so often.

Do you have a lot of flow in your tank? Sometimes the flow from one of my power heads twists a tentacle cutting off circulation and eventually fell off. It goes without saying but you'll definitely want to remove the tentacle from the tank though.
