So I found this little guy growing today in my tank. I know it's either a red bubble tip or just a regular bubble tip. But my question is what do I do with it since it's so small. Do I feed it brine/mysis shrimp or just let it do it's own thing. Also how long do they normal take to get to a decent size.

How cool is that? Gotta love most hitchikers. ;) You snagged a free rose bubbletip anemone!! What type of lighting do you have & what are your water parameters? I'd suggest letting it acclimate in your tank for awhile before feeding it; & then give it a tiny piece of raw shrimp or squirt some mysis on it's mouth. Good luck & welcome to Reef Central!!

Give us water params in numbers so we can help better; not just 'everything's where it should be'...What do you mean 'dual T5's? 2 bulbs?

I doubt that fixture will be enough wattage for anemones or any SPS. Ideally should be 4 bulbs at a minimum.

My Dual T5's are good for Nems and everything else in my tank (Softies, LPS, Photosynthetic) Swampy. :) But then again I have an 18" deep, so everything's got full light. I did add in an LED support strip for some moonlight, but everything seems to like extra light in the day too. Had decent growth before the LED, now i have explosive growth lol. I think any deeper of a tank and the Dual T5 wouldn't be enough, though. :)
