I have had my metal hallides off for quite a while now (just don't have any corals and don't feel like wasting the energy) So just the actinics have been on for about 2 months. Noticed this stuff starting and now it looks pretty awesome. ID please?

they don't react... at all... they appear to be like plants.. have roots and all.

If I'm not mistaken those are reproductive structures. There was a thread a while back with similar type stuff.
