Four Dosing Pumps

So... my new build includes four dosing pumps... a Litremeter III w/ 2 remote pumps and a BRS 1.1 stand alone with a timer.

My new reef will be SPS only. I don't have a calcium reactor and would prefer not to use limewater. What should I dose with these pumps? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Well lets see .. I would dose 2 part - be it BRS / ESV , ME Polyp Extender ( similar to acropower but loved it more ) , vodka and vinegar :)

Regards,
Abhishek

Look up the balling method. I like using BRS 2part and the magnesium. That would cover 3 pumps. Maybe use the last pump for some sort of additive you like.

Thanks everyone. I am going to use some version of the Balling method. It seems the trend is toward buying "kits" of solutions that contain lots of trace elements and are advertised as balanced. Some don't seem much more expensive than standard bulk two-part components. I guess my question is are they really better than RHF's standard two-part plus magnesium formula? I mean, do the additional trace elements they include really make a difference?

Thanks again for the advice.

I think the extra trace elements are supposed to eliminate water changes to some degree. I feel that water changes do more than just add trace elements into the water so I would keep doing them.
