i apologize for my ignorance but what does FOWLR stand for?
and why would someone cook LR and how do you do it?
I have been looking at getting 2 phosban 150 reactor, one with carbon and the other with phosban. any suggestions on the setup

Google this phrase.... BRS "DUAL" GFO and Carbon Reactor . I just set that up and it's nice. Much sturdier and easier than the Phosban setup. You can get media from BRS as well.
