Foxface emergency??

My foxface that I believe is a couple years old, which I have had for 6 months, his stomach is buldging and it looks fat, it is having a hard time swimming, and it is "crapping" pretty much constantly. What is going on? I just noticed this today and he has been eating fine....thanks for all of the help.

I would stop feeding. As long as it is crapping, it may resovle it's problem on it's own??--could have had blockage, that is now able to pass. good luck, hope it makes it--they are tough fish ime.
