Foxface issue

Not sure if ther is anything wrong with my foxface but it is not acting normal. I have had this fish in quarrentine for 6 weeks and all was well. moved into DT 1 week ago today. all has been good except for minor tuffs with my koletang. today I get home from work and he is moving tail and fins fairly rapidly and is moving in an inclined position. other than that he is healthy. No other fish in the tank show signs of any issues.

I have attached pics. they are not great took them with my phone. Any help would be appreciated.

I asked that because the posture you were describing is the posture fish show when asking for cleaning.

Yes. But watch for behavior such as reclusiveness, twitching, sensitivity to light, hanging near the water returns.
