Foxface Question???

Mine is fine, although can be a real spazz at times. And he's a big oaf that can crash into corals and knock them over. And looks like a dump truck when he decides to unload, which is always when I have someone here admiring the tank and right at the front glass. Come to think of it...why do I have this goofy fish?

I've had one for about 3 years with both SPS and softies and never a problem, remember to not tough the top fins as they are poisonous!

Thanks everyone, i just got it from GWA and i thought i saw it picking at one of my zoas, now it looks like it is just picking at some algee

A fast race to the sink for super hot water and then almost or even slightly scald yourself for about 10 minutes! If you tend to be allergic to bees you may want an epi pen around. I've never been stung by mine and I feed it by hand even. I don't think they would ever get you on purpose just by accident when they are spazzing out. The point slightly backwards to stab fish chasing them trying to eat them. There are a few up on the top that have a slight forward direction. So in short, don't try to grab the fish barehanded!

I picked up a foxface at CPE today. The employee wasn't very cautious about using his hands to get it out of the net and was stung. I almost warned him when I saw him reaching for it, but I figured he knew better and didn't want to tell him how to do his job. Anyway, he wasn't exactly dancing in pain, but you could tell he wasn't enjoying it either.
