Well am not saying to have it in July lol and I think they will be ok for a few hrs. Is there any other input ?

Plus I do not know ed or were he lives so I think the park will work.
 
I say lets have it Sunday the 30th in the afternoon. Maybe we can make a announcement at the meeting sat night, try and get a few more people to show up.
 
I can't do it that day. My kids have sports on Saturdays and we have a club meeting that evening. I think lusenut was ignored but he had a great idea, if we wait till Sunday we will be able to spread the news at the club meeting and try and get more people to show up.
 
I think sunday is a way better idea. If we do it sat its going to make it a long day for anyone going to the meeting later that night.
 
Ok so sunday is fine I was just giving a date no one was talking about it so I just was giving a date. So that Sunday work for every one ? Please post if it works. And as for the location that ok for every one ??
