Frag pest i.d. please

Any idea what this is? I have had at least half a dozen that I know of right at the base of my frags burrowing in it appears. Sessile, armored and tube worm like. They are all crushed except this one and the others were destroying coral skeletons as they burrowed and grew. It is the brown little monster at the three o'clock position on the frag plug. Look familiar to anyone?

The sponge is another questionable critter. Had it on 4 seperate frags starying to choke out the coral. Removed it all bit must have missed this frag for sponge and nasty tube worm eradication.
