Frag question

I was thinking about fragin my Hot pink Zoo's. What is the proper way to do it without hurting them? Will thinning them out cause probs later on? What should I use to Frag them? How long does it take a frag to start developing into beauty? How many polyps make a good frag? All your imput in greatly appreciated.

the technique in that article works very well i used it to frag four different colonies.

it works particularly well w/ zoas that have a thick matt.
