Frag seller in B'ham area?

I was hoping to purchase some frags if there is anyone in the area? Also what would you recommend for a HOB protein skimmer for a 40gal tank?

Well since I'm new to coral I am looking for frags that are easy to take care and will work my way up from there. Do you guys have any suggestions? I see all these photos online but it's hard to tell what you would actually be receiving.
