Today was great! Yes, thanks Matt for letting us take your water!!!! LOL, anyway, I think planning has begun for maybe another swap towards the 1st of May before everyone breaks out for summer.

Have to give thanks to matt, jim, john, and aquaphilic for all of the frags and stuff. It was great to learn and listen to everyone's love of coral. I hope I can bring some next time. I would be happy to help with some food or drink or something next time. (frags look so happy in the tank)

Thanks everyone for a great time! It was good to meet and talk with so many new people. Thanks Matt for the hot dogs, and Pat for the soda, and anyone else who brought muchies (the chips ahoy were a nice touch 
). Also, a big thanks to Tim Brill (tbrill) for bringing his huge show-piece sized montipora cap and sharing it with everyone. If I remember correctly, that piece originally came from John Stephens (LargeJohn) several years ago when it was much smaller.
In the past, there hasn't been much organization over the actual "swapping" of the frags. Since there were so many unfamiliar faces at this meet, writing the owners names on the tank in front of their frags and then wearing a name tag seemed to work well. Once the swapping was underway, it went smoothly. I hope everyone was pleased with the outcome.
We were supposed to have a rock making demo and I'm sorry we didn't get to it. I promise we will next time...........soon everyone will need to be making a bunch of frag rocks for swaping more frags! It's easy to do.

Thank you LargeJohn for the frogspawn.....it looks great in my tank! Aquaphilic thanks for the zoos, if you get any more of that xenia I would like to have some maybe at the next swap. John it was nice meeting you and your wife if I decide to get a flower pot I will have to contact you for info on care for it. It was nice seeing other people that like saltwater as much as I do.

If we set a date now for the next swap, I'll ask off right now so i'm guaranteed to be there 
I'll be leaving for the philippines on may 18th for 2 weeks, so sometime before then hopefully!
Oh, and i'm sure i'll have a ton of frags since i swapped over to the 130 last night. Everything opened up twice as much under the mh's I had a big smile on my face last night!
Hope to meet the rest of you sometime soon.
