David has set up a private forum under crc on club-zoa if you go into the crc public forum and request access he will grant it - that way both clubs can discuss plans for the upcoming swap. See ya there!!

Ok, guys, since no one is going to the other place we discussed, I'm temporarily bringing the info here... Please check where we discussed if you will be helping out with the frag swap... If you want to help and don't know how or where to go, PM me with your phone # and I'll fill you in...

Ok all arguements/discussions action items, etc for and about the swap will be posted here. The chattanooga and ETRC club officers have meet and this is how we are going to split up the tasks. Each club will split all costs and profits 50/50.

As of now the room is the only cost at $200.

Chattanooga Group:
1) Post information on online forums
2) Post information at local stores.
3) Create Letter and Flyer
4) Find a location
5) Get Donation from Manufacturers (MRC, SeaChem, Kent, Aqua Medic, etc)

East TN Group:
1) Post info at local stores.
2) Get Donation from resellers (Dr Fosters, Marine Depot, Premium Aquatics, etc)
3) Fragging Demo

Oh, I think it also might be a good idea if we talk about this at the Coral Reef meeting... I'm sure we'll be carpooling and we should try and welcome some new/prospective members into the carpool...
