Frag Swap Help

It is now time to start getting help for the swap here is what is needed

Someone to come early that morning and help Tina and BJ get the concessions food in and set up.

People to work shifts at the door taking entrance money.

Raffle Ticket sales help.

Someone to come early and put out the two or three signs showing the way out in the streets median

Everyone at the end help break down tables and clean up.

It looks like we are going to have a good number of people setting up about 15 right now ( much more than last year setting up) So if anybody is feeling nice some of these folks may need help getting their items in the building that morning.

I am asking off work for that day so that I can help out, but I won't know until closer to that time whether or not I will allowed off work. I'll let you know as soon as can.

I will be there early and help set up and will be there late to help breakdown. Will also help otherwise if you let em know what I can do to be of assistance.

Also I will be glad to pass out some flyers if you want me to. Can we just print them or are we having something printed that you want distributed? Just let me know.

If you have a color printer I can email you the flyer and we will use your help at the swap

Me and Scott are having a table together this year but you know me and Whit will help out whereever. With alot of people setting up on Friday night that ought to free up people early on Saturday morning.
