okay so im a brand new reefer and i just had my birthday Wednesday, so i had all this money and i though "oh and the frag swap is next weekend so i can get all these cheap corals" but, my aquarium wont be fit for corals for a month or so, what can i do?

setup a frag tank water lights powerhead heater do weekly water change and it should be ok for a short time NO FISH!

I will give you a few starter frags when you are setup and ready. If you are just getting a couple softies or lps, I would be willing to babysit them for you as another member did the same for me. I won some red zoas at a meeting and didn't have a tank setup. Let me know if you are interested in the starter frags and/or babysitting.

There will be no shortage of available frags when your tank is ready, whether it be tomorrow or six months from now. Club members have quite a variety of corals and are very willing to share.

I would suggest "spend your money on equipment" first untill you are "ready" for corals.

Slow and easy is the best advice I have ever heard concerning this hobby. It is very hard not to purchase what you want, "to soon" and end up being discouraged at loosing it!!!!

I would agree with Dr. Peaches above, wait untill your ready there will be frags there when you are ready!!!

I have a pretty constant supply of neon green sarcophyton. I'm bringing some to the frag swap.

Malissa, if my 5 sell under the club limit can I run home and grab more to replenish? :-)
