Olivia...I doubt it. If you show up I'm sure there will be all kinds of opportunities for you to help out. Last year I was kind of like "ok...what am I supposed to do??"
No one told me so I just started doing things in the kitchen that I thought needed done, like getting food ready, finding dishes, we started pricing stuff and made signs.
It's probably going to be one of those "pitch in wherever you see a need" kind of things, I would imagine.
edit: but Eddie is supposed to have some list of what people volunteered to do.

I was thinking that you and Lisa were going to arrive at about 2pm. I also thought you said that you would work the raffle or sign-in table. That will be fine. Lisa and Olivia on the raffle table from 2-3. You will probably be able to get a temporary substitute from among the members so you will be able to look at all of the different tables. Did you plan to send any $$$$$$?
I will post the list of volunteers that I have tonight.
We/Randy will be doing the raffle soon after 3. I would say 3:15-3:30 probably.

Working the raffle table is fine with me, but I had originally thought I'd be working the club table, helping with bagging up stuff ppl bought from the club tank.
Either way works for me though, wherever you need help.
As far as spending $$, I'd LOVE to, but it depends.
I just sold a skimmer to someone and USPS managed to bust it up in shipment.
Whether or not I have $$ to spend depends on how the claim with USPS goes and whether I have to refund the guy out of my PayPal before the swap.

Good luck there... a better name for Paypal's "Seller Protection Plan" would be "Screw Honest Seller and Reward Fraudulent Buyer Despite a Preponderance of Evidence Plan." Sorry, you just hit a sore spot (I could care less about the money...).

Ok, well if I can pick I'd prefer to man the Club Frag Table and sell and bag stuff up for ppl, I have LOTS of experience at it!
Since I won't get there til 2, can we possibly have a piece of paper at the club table that lists everyones frags and their prices, and then maybe we can cross them off when they sell?
Might help with keeping track of things.
And someone needs to bring change, I'm not gonna have a way to get to the bank today to get some, I'll have my hands full with my sister's baby all day.
