Friday, Sept. 24th: (Day before Set-Up)
The Frag Swap Sponsor & Vendor's occupancy may begin on Friday, Sept. 24that 12 Noon and NOT before. You will have five hours to set-up and stabilize your displays for the evening.
Preconditioned Salt Water will be available for sale at the Show, courtesy of MemFish. Alternately, Kermit's Reef is located nearby at 8551 Macon Rd. Cordova, TN 38018 (901) 755-8033 and will have water and other supplies available.
Doors MUST close Friday evening at 5PM, per our Contract with the Agricenter.
Saturday, Sept. 25th: (Day of the Show)
For the morning of the Frag Swap, only Sponsors, Vendors & working Club Volunteers will have access to Move-In at 7AM.
A few tables are still available for sale, so PM me as needed.
The Frag Swap will be Open to the Public from 10AM "“ 4PM
Following the show, Sponsors, Vendors & Club Volunteers knock-down will commence at 4PM and Everything MUST be cleaned up & cleared OUT by 7PM, per our Contract with the Agricenter.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me or one of the other Officers. We look forward to a great Show and meeting everybody there!
