I'm really excited about spring frag swap. It's going to be my first one and I'm hoping to get somethings to help make my tank look less like a fowlr. So anyone got good tips for going to one? Fav venders to see becuase they have super exotic stuff or ones that as a college student I can actually afford?

There will be plenty to buy and fit your price range. If you are planning on purchasing corals, a cooler is a good thing to bring. Bring only what you want to spend, vendors will accept plastic but deal in cash. Also it is a good idea to be set up at home to acclimate and dip new corals. Plan on spending some time there, it can be difficult to see everything in one pass also you may want to stick around for raffles.

I use Bayer’s Advanced and have a procedure I found here on RC for most Coral purchases if you’re interested. Not dipping is not acceptable, IMVHO! Treat everything as if it has pests from the beginning and maybe you’ll only get a couple:D Cooler is imperative. Also, if you have a long drive, have the vendor hold your stuff until close to the end, especially fish(ask DSmack). Cash is King for deals.
