Frag swap

I have been asked to help start a thread and get a group together to help set up the next frag swap. We are working on Sat Feb 9th or Sunday Feb 10th. Hopefully at the new river school lunch room.
If anyone has any idea's that they think would help make it a success or would like to offer their time and be part of the Frag committee please post here. Lets make this the largest and best swap yet.

yes Feb 9th or 10th 2008. last one was in aug and we are trying to have them ever 6 months. TY compulou please email me all your info so I can set up a list of who to count on.

i don't mind helping, i just need to know in advance when the meetings are going to be held. I wanted to participate last time but couldn't come to meetings when notified the day before they where gonna be held. as long as it is organized well i'm definately interested.

point well taken . The idea is instead of making it another meeting, just to meet 1/2 before the regular meeting. this way its not adding another night out as well as make it easier to show and to be heard.
The second point is important as well. it needs to be well organized, so please add what you can.

Hey joe I'm back to work by then. Any chance you could schedule it on tuesday, our regular meeting night so I could participate. Maybe invite the pbmas and put some type of free ad in the paper.post flyers in participating stores We should also consider putting together a dipping demonstration table and perhaps a frag demo as well. We will be meeting 45 Mins before the upcoming general meeting for anyone that wants to show up and give some input. I figure its the first meeting so we need the extra few mins.

Count me in. So the first meeting is October 30, @ 6:30pm 45 minutes before the regular meeting start time of 7:15pm?

Yes it will be before the next general meeting which is NOV 23. I spoke with chris and he belives because this is the first one we should start as close to 6 pm as possible. I appreciate all the help and info. If you have a sec before please write down some ideas that you think may help and make the meeting better. Again ALL are welcome if your a new member or even not a member yet. We are the ones who are going to make or break this swap. I need help from Dade/Broward/Palm beach members as well to help recruit some new stores and get them involved.
