Frag tank on a large system?

Thinking about adding frag tank to my system. The system includes 500g display with 100g sump and 100g fuge. Should I make this new frag tank separate system or run everything of one system? Also for the frag tank I am going to order new tank and I am not sure where to place the overflow, center or at the end? Any and all suggestions are appreciated. Pictures are very welcome. I am ordering the tank soon so need to make my mind quick. The tank is going to be 84x36x15 high.

I like the overflow at the end and aim the flow so that it blows any detritus toward the overflow for easy siphoning. I like mine on the same system so that I can drop frags from my tank right in with no acclimation, and I use the flow that drains from the display as movement in the tank. You can also run it down through a Sea Swirl for some added movement while saving some energy

Here ya go. Not the best pic, but the drain from the display comes in from above into a 50g sump, drops into filter floss in a box and bubbles diffuse. 1/4 of the flow goes into the refugium below it, the rest drops into the the frag tank on the left.

The inlet is on the right of the frag tank with returns of a CL Dart on the back and sides which aims the detritus to the drains on the left, a 6100 on a controller on the left with a MJ Mod on the same side. It drains through a UV into a 100g sump that the skimmer pulls from.
