fragging gsp?

Pmas has a coral workshop tomorrow and i was trying to decide if i should take my gsp along and frag him for my nano, but i dont really want to risk losing him via the stress involved... not sure how this works,

so anyone frag gsp's? or is it more like cut the weed back? (mine has grown at an alarming rate)

It's really one of the easier corals to frag, almost any way you do it, doubtful you will lose any. Best way is just to cut it off with a razor blade, but even if you used your finger nail and took a patch, it will regenerate. I would take the blue ricordea to the workshop instead, I think you'll find it more interesting.

they are a bit underdeveloped still, i purchased one and three days after i put them in tanks, they had split, now there are four polyps but three are rather undersized, i am hoping to pick up some more ricordea though, maybe red or purple. They are my favorite of the bunch.
