No problem..
Wear gloves to protect yourself.
Make sure you have no exposed wounds when placing your bare hands in the tank at all times.
Cut the desired portion for the frag with a sharp new razor blade, but be careful not to mark the glass. Razor will damage the glass of you do it to hard.
Got skimmer?
The bigger the exposed cut, the more internal fluids will be released in the water. Most of the time it's not a problem if you do it the right way.
Do not cut less then 5 polyps at a time. The more you can fit on the plug, the better they will recuperate from the cutting.
I aways recommend a partial water change after fragging to help export the toxins. Doesn't hurt to do that. The fluids are not so good for the fish, specially in a 29gal.
You can dip the frags, and glue them right a way. Leave them alone in the tank.
I believe others will give you more tips of how they do...
Good luck!
Grandis.
