frags for sale

Time to thin out some stuff before the move. I'm trying to get a new (much bigger) skimmer and a calcium reactor, too... I broke my camera, but I think I have some decent shots of most of these. I'll be out of town tonight, but back tomorrow (looking at a house tomorrow in Montgomery). Mother colonies shown. I couldn't bring myself to frag everything out, though (as many have suggested). I am being optimistic that Im not going to lose everything in the move, as so many have told me... I've moved many times before without wild losses, so why start now;).

tricolor A cerealis-~1"+ -$20

Red Encrusting Monti-sold to me as a SM-started to show blue base right before the frag swap, but not since-~1.5" sq-$15

1 piece of Green slimer (broke off, otherwise I want to let this one grow)-2-2 1/2"-$20

Red Echinophyllia aspera-~1.5"-$20

Tricolor acro (not sure of species, but almost similar to tenius, but not). Has yellowish green body with blue tips. ~1"-$20
Never got a shot of it, but it is pretty nice...

neon green Leptoseris foliosa-2"-$25
Can't find a pic of mine, but you can find a representative pic from reefermadness.us in the aquacultured section (didn't want to post his picture).

ORA German Blue digi-~1.5"-$20
Not the greatest pic as it doesn't show the blue polyps as well.

Red/pink encrusting, but also caplike Monti-1.5-2"-$15

Pink pulsing Xenia~ $10/head (relatively large heads)-no pic needed;).

Purple rim cap 2"-$15. This one is brittle, so it's gonna be destroyed in the move. However, I'm only wanting to frag off the lower section (about a 6" diameter plate holdig the rest of it up). The lower section doesn't get as much light, so not as much purple rim... It will pick up the rim, though), hoping I can keep most of the upper section in tact... Best pic I can find has it in the background... Back left corner

Orange Echinophyllia aspera-~1/5"-$20 Has a few pinkish hues to it, too.

No pic

Green with Pink tips frogspawn-$15/head
Can't find a pic, but it's the same one greystreet has.

Neon Green Nephthea-~1-2"-$20

All frags will be fresh cut and not mounted (no base rock makes the QT process much easier). I will not frag until someone wants them, as I have no frag tank to store them in (and don't want to mount them). I prefer unmounted frags, as it reduces the likelihood of transferring pests. I have none that I am aware of, but am anal about QT'ing, as many know. I am starting to knock the base rock off of a frag/mini colony when I get it and throw it out just to be safe, to give you an idea of where the no mounting comes in... I recommend dipping/QT on jus about everything, just as a normal procedure for putting something into the main display. Most don't do this, but I recommend it for all corals (as do many others).

One more thing, please respond in this thread, as my PM's fill up quickly and it will be easier to track in this thread then thumbing through PM's. Once you've posted, here, feel free to PM, just want to make it a little easier to keep track of.

That Green Nepthia is really Neon. It doesn't show up in the picture but trust me, I have a piece of it and I love it, really neon green under the blues!

Thanks Highside:).

streetracinsrt-it should do fine under PC's. Most of mine seem to like being shaded (some more heavily than others) under the MH...

Ill take it then. Is steve getting anything from you anytime soon? If so maybe I can come out with him? Maybe you'll have some other stuff I may want as well?

I haven't heard from Steve (turbo Steve, right?) on anything yet. I have to make it out to that side of town at some point to meet up with Phu, though. Just not sure when...

No zoas right now except the rock with the buttons and gree stardust PE's. Afterlooking at it again, I'll take $20. It has some bubble on it... It's been hiding behind some other rocks. I may have some zoas up, but I've not had great luck with them in the 120 for some reason. I've given up a lot of the more common ones and have gone with some of the pricey ones, but they are still frags (and most are running $20-50/polyp and no one around here will pay that, except me;)-I usually use those for trading when they grow out...).

Yea turboex901 if hes not geting anything I'll come out myself or if your going to be on this side of town I'll meet you somewhere I live right by emerald bay right down the road from steve.

If you have any of the Frogspawn left I will take a piece plus

Green Birdsnest
Blue digi
xenia
tricolor A cerealis
green/gold Acro

weekends are best for me, but could work out something during the week if need be.

thanks,

Is there any chance that I can meet up with you somewhere along I-65 (like in Athens exit?) when you go down to see your wifey down in Montgomery? I am interested in your German blue digi and a Chip's acro.

Orange Echinophyllia aspera-~1/5"-$20

As I have been out of Engineering for a while, is 1/5" a new deminision available to engineers, or possibly a metric conversion? Just wondering :)
