Frags for TRADE

Hey everyone,

I am finally able to offer some frags. I would prefer to trade these rather than sell them outright because I think that is the best way to increase ones collection and possibly get interesting things you wouldn't think of getting otherwise. As I have said before, this is the wrong hobby to make money on.....

I am looking for SPS primarily and would like to trade for those, however if you don't have that kind of critter, then let me know what you have and we can go from there....zoas, maybe a ricordia, or colorful shrooms, ceriths, etc... would be cool also.....just looking to add some color, so suprise me......needs to be SPS friendly though. But again, I prefer SPS.
Notes on frags:

1 & 2 are frags of an Acro Vallida?, browned out when I got it from John's, it has lightened and has purple colored tips, should be a suprising acro.

The green frags are Montipora Digitada, fast grower, some have encrusted and sprouted since glueing.

#5 is a Pulsing Xenia COLONY, not a frag.....I hated only finding frags of this stuff when looking for it. This one has 4 different trunks with a total of 11 braches, trunks range from 1/2 to 1-1/2 inches across.....WOW!!

#6 is a combo frag of the green monti and an orange and green based monti digi that SLOreefer had.

I have a deresa clam that I would like to trade for 6a and 6b. My neon stripe goby loves sitting on it so it's not too happy unless it's left alone. Here's a not so great pic of it. LMK if that works.

Yeah, thats what I am talking about!! I had been thinking of getting another clam, have a Crocea but hadn't gotten around to it. If he is healthy that will work.

Yeah he's healthy, just bothered by my neon stripe goby. He's about 3.5" so he doesn't need to be fed. We can meet up at your reef on a saturday or at the gas station by the CRS almost anytime.

Yes it is, but I think that is in the true spirit of trading and being in the club. A little give and take.

Price out those Xenia, think I am going to trade those for retail? NO!!

Yeah, Justin we can do that.....I have good hopes for this one, some of my SPS are the browned out orphans. I like to see them come alive, that one that I was asking the ID on a week or so ago is REALLY cool and that was a browned out step child. Eventually I will frag that one, it is really dense with sprouting branches.

Since I sold my lights and am upping to 250s over a 75g, I would imagine I will have great growth and coloration in the comming months.

What I am ultimatly looking for is some Blues, Yellows, and Reds in the acros. I am dying for a Bonsai from Atlantis and is pretty much the reason for a lighting upgrade......I really need a 12 step program for this.....

Sorry Jordan that ones not on the sand yet I believe brentP said it was ORA's cali tort,he can correct me if Im wrong.

Justin, thats ok, I just bought 2 cali tort frags in the last 2 days. Looks like you have some nice sps in there.

sacdots, I think a black or blue background would make a huge difference for your tank. Also I saw that you are using seios and thought you might be interested in the new tunze nanosteams coming out in september. The prices will range from $60-$130. I'll be getting 2 for my 55 as soon as they come out. click here

I just added the third of those little Seios to have them all match. I think I am good in that department for a while....thanks for the suggestion, they are cool though...

I am growing a purple background of coralline and xenia brown. Besides, the light reflects off the wall and bounces back, I like the open look. Want a cube!!!

Got rid of my GSP when I saw how it strangles everything, scared me to see others tanks awash with it.....Nooo thank you.....

wouldn't hurt to have a laminated background in the mean time. You should do GSP on the back wall too. Did you see the link? I can't wait to get my hands on one of these things!

i like #3 and or #7

i have these kind of shrooms to offer for trade. i think 2 or 3 shrooms per digi frag would be good?

if you don't like any of them i have a few more softies for trade (there are more of those green tonga shrooms available, i have more than the 2 in the photo)

as for meeting to trade, the best time for me is the next meeting, if that's too far off then maybe we can work out somthing sooner?
