Freaky mushroom?! Help

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this hobby / addiction. I had a TMC microhabitat 15 nano tank. I added a mini par 20 marinereef LED fiji blue bulb to the tank for actinic light as the tank only came with white lights. I cycled my tank and all parameters are good - I even had coraline algae growing / spreading after 5 weeks of set up. After 7 weeks from setup I purchased a piece of rock with turquiose mushrooms from LFS. The rock was too big when I got it home so it would only fit on the side where the heater was - see photo (I had removed the skimer and popped the heater into the back chamber and added purigen and rowa phos as filters and the skimmer I hadnt really noticed it doing much and most of the time during the 7 weeks it was off.) I set the timers so the blue light came on at 12 and the whites at 1pm.The next day I got home at 7pm to find that of my mushrooms had released loads of long brown tentacles (2inches long - see photo its the mushroom at the bottom). I panicked as I thought its intestines had come out and it was stressed. I then moved the rock to the other side of the tank behind all the other rock so it was sheltered. I put the flow as low as possible to make sure it really was low flow and the lighting is not as direct. I have left the blue off a I'm scared maybe thats why all that brown stuff came out.The last photo is of the mushrooms as they are now - I cant tell if they are meant to look like that all stretched and one slightly curled up? Is this normal behaviour they are not flat and spread out. The freaky mushroom is hidden behind the rock but the long brown tentacles are still out and looped around the rock. Sorry no photo of this. My questions are:

1) What happended to the freaky mushroom?

2) Is direct blue light bad for mushrooms

3) Do they look ok now - are they meant to look like this

4) in the last photo there is a mushroom stuck under the rock and its upside down so not getting light - shall i leave it or trying pulling it off and moving it - not sure if I should do that.

the shrooms are just getting adjusted to your and probably discharging waste. The blue lights are just fine for them. It usually takes a few days for them to acclimate to your tank and start expanding fully out so I wouldn't worry. The one shroom underneath might move on its own towards the light but if it doesn't you can cut it off and put it somewhere else. I'd just leave it. Shrooms usually multiply so fast that losing one isn't a big deal.
